(10.0%) Wheated Imperial Stout, is the newest release in our Parlor Coffee series of beers. For this iteration, we used a coffee from Acevedo, in southern Huila, Colombia. Harvested by Parlor's producer partner Maria Bercelia on her farm, Finca Los Angeles, this coffee lends characteristics of caramel, cocoa, and stone fruit that complement the crystal and pale chocolate malt used for the beer's base. The final product is a perfect blend of chocolatey sweetness accompanied by a luscious mouthfeel: Finca Los Angeles' decadent flavors highlight the beer's classic Stout qualities.
